Martina Straková

Director

Martina is a qualified teacher for nursery schools. She has great experience with children in Norway and nursery school in the UK.

Martina is the main contact person for parents who can consult anything with her. She is responsible for the educational program and all the activities at PONNY. She supports and motivates her team of "aunties" to be the best and is looking forward to all your suggestions, queries and possible cooperation.

Martina is also the main link between PONNY pre-school and our partner English elementary school at the Mendel's square. She uses the feedback of our children from their first year attendance and regularly monitors their results.

Auntie Iveta

Kangaroos and Tigers

Auntie Iveta takes a lot from her experience with children education abroad and later a nursery school in the Czech Republic. Iveta contributes to the relaxing atmosphere of our pre- school with her permanent smile, optimism and enthusiasm to encourage the children to be creative and happy, she always brings to all of us something new and unusual.

Auntie Iveta also leads pre-school education and responsibly prepares the children for 1st year of a primary school.

Auntie Martina

Martina graduated Masaryk University, studies of Pedagogy. She worked as a special educator in the children´s home and also in the kindergarten Neckargemund in Germany.

Auntie Mirka

Bunnies

Auntie Mirka is an expert in the field of special education, special andragogy and psychopedy. She has great experience with children, the mentally handicapped ones, those at children's homes and nursery schools. She takes care of the smallest ones at our pre-school.

"The children's nature is a priority, this does not mean, however, to allow the children to do anything they want. We have to let the children grow, both in body and soul. We must find their natural individuality and develop it as much as we can. "

Auntie Nikola

Bunnies asistent

Auntie Nikola has big practice from her experience with children at the after-school childcare and the nursery school, she is unique with her ability to excite and motivate children to create unbelievable things and do big progress in their efforts. She supports all of us to be more creative, patient and responsible.

"When we want to bring up a child, it is necessary to be able to feel oneself like a child as well."

 

Auntie Martina Valecká (MA)

Auntie Martina oversees correct pronunciation with the children, she leads regular practice exercises and supplies the parents and their children with sheets of vocabulary and poems for home practice. If the parents are interested, they can arrange an individual meeting and discuss with her everything they need to know (in the area of development of the speech).
